TITANIUM, CARBON and ALUMINUM FRAMES: Eclipse Bicycles ™ Titanium, Carbon and Aluminum Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and / or workmanship to the original owner for a period of five (5) years. With a proof of purchase, we will choose to either repair or replace at our discretion, any frame considered to be defective with the same model or a comparable current model.
PRODUCT FINISHING:Paint and decals applied to your Eclipse Bicycles ™ frame are covered from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from original purchase. Normal wear and tear including scratches, abrasions, and chemicals used for cleaning are not covered by this warranty.
COMPONENTS:Parts and components assembled on your Eclipse Bicycles ™ are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration varies between manufactures, and all warranty claims should be addressed to their respective manufacturer’s customer service department. Eclipse Bicycles ™ branded products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some restrictions apply.
WARRANTY EXCPETIONS:Normal wear and tear, neglect, misuse, abuse, damage from crashes, improper maintenance, and normal maintenance items are not covered by the Eclipse Bicycles ™ warranty.
WARRANTY VOID:Your warranty is void if your Eclipse Bicycles ™ is used under any circumstances for which the product was not intended. This includes attaching motors to any product, stunts, jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities. Warranty does not cover damage to or bending of the wheels, handle bars, seat posts, and frames, which can be a sign of misuse or abuse.
DURATION OF WARRANTY:Your Eclipse frame is guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase to the original retail owner. This warranty is not transferable.
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:Eclipse Bicycles ™ will in no way be held liable for any damages, consequential or incidental resulting from a warranty claim. Our sole responsibility is for the repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
LIMITATION OF THE Eclipse Bicycles ™ WARRANTYA proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. Eclipse Bicycles ™ reserves the sole right to repair or replace any part considered being defective. A replacement is limited to current stock and may not be exact to the original part including color, size or design. Eclipse Bicycles ™ will be responsible for the sole replacement of the warranted product and in no way will be responsible for any other charges consequential or incidental arising from the said warranty claim. All warranty claims should be directed to Eclipse Bicycles ™ or an authorized dealer. Any customers wishing to repair an Eclipse Bicycles ™ product at his or her own wishes, will void any further possibly of a warranty claim for that product.
LABOUR AND SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE TO WARRANTY CLAIMS Eclipse Bicycles ™ will only accept products returned with a return authorization. Customers must call us in order to receive an authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned parcel.All shipping charges to and from Eclipse Bicycles ™ are the responsibility of the customer. Any import, customs, duty, taxes or other fees are also the customer’s responsibility for shipments to and from Eclipse Bicycles ™. Any labor charges associated with the assembly or break down of their bicycles or parts and / or accessories is the sole responsibility of the customer. |
