All requested information must be supplied so that we can verify your Credit Card information. In the event we cannot verify your information, we will accept a bank transfer or wire of funds in Canadian currency for the total value of your product purchase plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

| Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, and other related charges | | | Products delivered outside of Canada will or may be subject to Duties, Customs, Brokerage fees, Taxes other Import charges. These charges are above and beyond any shipping charges that Eclipse Bicycles have applied to your order. It is beyond our control to predict these charges and in no way will Eclipse Bicycles be responsible for any of these charges. All charges are payable by the recipient of the delivery item(s). All products delivered to the European Community are subject to 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). At time of arrival no other duties or taxes will be applied. If the customer does not accept the payment of the charges or refuses the shipment and the order is returned to Eclipse Bicycles, the charges for shipping handling and administration will be charged to the original credit card supplied. Any refund if applicable, less the aforementioned charges will be applied accordingly. Customers are responsible for all shipping, brokerage, duty, taxes, etc for any product returned to Eclipse Bicycles. Eclipse Bicycles will in no way be responsible for these fees under any circumstances.
