We understand that purchasing a bicycle on-line is a difficult and sometimes a confusing decision to make. We are here to help. Remember that we are just a phone call or e-mail away during your selection process.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything within reason to make you happy. In our experience we have found that when a rider is not satisfied with there new purchase it is generally due to simple adjustments such as saddle or handlebar position. Please refer to our ‘Parts Swap’ program if you believe that some items are not right for you.
Before sending any products back to us, please call us or e-mail us with your concerns and questions about the product fit or performance. We will not accept any product without a return authorization.
We have invested a lot of time and attention to assemble your new Eclipse Bicycle ™ based on your fit and performance specifications. It is rare that the final outcome is not as you the customer requested. Of course if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a 90% credit to your MC or Visa. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs in order to send the products back to us. Any returned items must be insured against loss and damage with the shipping company and we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage while in transit to us.
