| | It has arrived! Your new Eclipse Bicycle out of the box and assembled. Everything looks great. But…you think you chose the wrong color saddle, the stem is too long or the crank too short… No problem. Just let us know what is wrong and we will help you make it right. We will do our best to accommodate you within the available range of components that are standard on your particular model.
If you want to change the stem, saddle, handlebars, crank, grips, pedals, saddle, seat post or gearing, then these are easy items to swap out. First you will need to determine what the changes are and how you would like to alter the dimension… Help is only a phone call or e-mail away. To simplify this process, have your original order number handy so we can reference your purchase. We ask that you please contact us within 10 days of receiving your new Eclipse bike so that we can make the arrangements to have the new parts sent out as soon as possible.
These 'swap parts' are sent out to you at your expense including the product price, shipping, taxes and duties if applicable. The parts being replaced on your bike must be returned in new and unused condition. When the replacement parts have been returned within 30 days, we will refund you for the amount of the product price and any applicable taxes. Please take note that any expense incurred to change the swap parts is your responsibility.
Please make certain that you have indicated on the return packaging that the products are being returned for warranty purpose and have no commercial value. Be certain that you have sent them prepaid and insured against loss or damage. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles during shipping.
If you need to swap a stem we extend the time line for 30 days from your date of receiving you new Eclipse Bicycle ™. We realize that you need to spend a little time on your bike to get accustomed to the new fit. So if you are not sure about the stem, just give us a call or e-mail us for help…
